- How To Use

- The left side of the waistband hook loop fastener is fastened.
- The left leg is inserted into the loop so formed, keeping the perineum bands at the back and pouch on the front; let the waistband come at the waist level.
- The pouch is adjusted so as to fit the scrotal sac properly. The right side hook loop fastener on the waistband is fastened for a comfortable tight fit.
- The perineum straps are adjusted to give the desired compression to the scrotum.
