- It is customized to match the contours of the patient’s wrist and the degree of dorsiflexion required.
- The customized splint is pushed back into the pocket.
- The injured hand is pushed into the tubular opening of the product and is aligned with the palmer crease on the top.
- The thumb is adjusted to a comfortable abduction position in the thumb opening.
- The Velcro rejoinders are fastened to a comfortable compression.
